How did I end up in Shanghai, China?
I know it sounds a little strange. We here of people going to Bali, Bangkok or even places in the Caribbean. However, it’s rare to here about an American guy living in Shanghai, China.
To be honest, I didn’t know I would end up here….
I always had two dreams:
- Empower others to prosper while building a location independent business so I could spend time with family and friends all over the world.
- Learn some kung fu.
1. Empowering Others
I’ve always been drawn to topics related to unlocking human potential and growth. I spent over 10 years of my life researching, designing and delivering training for different audiences. I used my training in philosophy to dive deep into problems people were having and brainstorm simple solutions for them. Many times I spent time creating guides, emails and training manuals for others to use.
Along with my background in corporate training and teaching, I taught myself digital marketing and content creation. This includes WordPress. A little bit of technology with content creation.
Now I’m shifting to putting all these things together and making content products (like the PLR you see here) that help others build their life and business. Exciting! Or should I say Amazing!
2. Learn Kung Fu
In 2015 I realized my dream by going to the Wudang (Wutang) mountains and studying kung fu and tai chi. So naturally, I was destined to end up in an Asian country for a little while.
